  • We have made a significant effort to create affordable coaching options for every single person, goal, and budget. We truly do have something for everyone, and strive to help as many people as we can — which involves making this affordable!

    We offer over 20+ different ways to pay between: monthly payments over your coaching term (4, 6, 8, 12 months), discounted paid-in-fulls, down payments of your choice with smaller monthly payments, and also have partnered with Affirm for flexible extended payment plans.

  • Absolutely! In fact, most of our clients are nutrition-only and see EPIC results. We offer just as much support with Nutrition Only clients as we do Full Fitness/Nutrition.

    This is also a great option to go with that may better fit a lower budget!

    Both Nutrition-Only or Full Coaching programs dive heavily into holistic health & wellness.

  • Definitely not! If you are wanting to still have workout programming done for you, your coach will completely customize your workouts for whatever equipment you do or don’t have! Even if you only have your bodyweight, you’ll have great workouts!

  • On top of weekly check-ins with your coach for protocol adjustments, accountability, and support, you will have 24/7 contact with your coach through WhatsApp. You’re given your coach’s number for whenever you need it: help with tracking, a little hype, questions, help with planning ahead or tracking food at restaurants, anything and everything! Our community group chat is also an amazing source of support and hype!

  • On your free consultation call, we will talk about your goals, experience, background, health concerns, and dieting history to determine an estimated timeline of how long it will take to reach your goals! We offer multiple options from 4-12 months, and occasionally offer promotions for less! We have some clients who graduate from their program right away and feel comfortable and knowledgeable to completely coach themselves AND have long-term clients for 2+ years because of how much they love the support and accountability!

  • Imagine its check-in day: all you have to do is wake up, enter your weight into our client-app, take progress pictures and fill out a check-in form via Google Form that your coach will then review. They will look at your nutrition for the week prior, your workouts (if a fitness/nutrition client), specific important metrics like your sleep, steps, stress, digestion, recovery, emotions/mental health, and then respond via Loom or voice memo with protocol adjustments to make for the week moving forward! These checkins will always give you: accountability, education, steps for progression towards your goals.

  • You bet! We’ve coached dozens of women with the goals to: prepare their body for a health pregnancy, work on infertility struggles, focus on having a health pregnancy after conceiving, and starting their postpartum journeys while breastfeeding. Our staff is extremely knowledgeable with these clients, especially in regards to pregnancy-safe workouts, pelvic floor work, nutrition per trimester, and you will be paired with a coach who can tailor their speciality exactly towards your needs.

  • At Macroticians we do not believe in restrictive meal plans! We want you to have the knowledge and power to make your own food decisions and have flexibility so you can enjoy: restaurants, vacations, roadtrips, family dinners, unplanned parties, etc. Our flexible dieting approach will give you just that. If you ARE worried about not knowing what to eat, we provide clients hundreds of recipe ideas, e-books for healthy macro-friendly foods, example days of hitting your macros, etc. And you can always reach out to your coach for help with food ideas, help with meal planning, grocery shopping, tracking food ahead of time, etc.

  • A reverse diet is what our team specializes in! This is the process of rebuilding your metabolism and aiding to balance hormones after a long time of under-eating, inconsistently eating, or a long time of dieting. If we find a client has been under-eating, we have to first heal their metabolism before doing a dieting phase, so that they can eat the maximum amount of food possible! During a reverse, your coach will gradually increase your calories and macros weekly or bi-weekly to get up to your estimated TDEE (maintenance calories). 92% of our clients lose 5-40lbs during this phase, and its also entirely normal to maintain your current weight while eating hundreds of calories more!

  • When working on protocols for hormone health & gut health, or with women with conditions like Hashimotos, other autoimmune conditions, thyroid issues, gut health issues…

    It is CRUCIAL that we identify the ROOT cause of why we are experiencing those struggles.

    We have functional testing available for 1-1 clients such as GI Maps, Dutch tests, and more, and work with a functional RD to create custom supplement protocols.
